#116 For more than music

January 24,2006 It is strange to see a strong person suddenly become someone totally different. It is a unsettling feeling, showing unwanted changes, and that some people you looked up to is falliable. I had found out that one of the family has Alzheimer's Disease. I had chalked it up to just regular old age loss of memory for awhile. But later on it was just undeniable. There is no cure nor anything to help. The only drugs that even work only help 2-3 percent. But it is just leaves a otherworldly feeling to see someone so strong minded at one time, forget simple things like where is the bedroom in a house they lived in for years.
